If you are a new client, filing your taxes first time with us, please provide all of the following via our secured portal.
- Copy of your previous year filed tax return, showing your, spouse and dependents social security numbers (SSN). If hidden in the tax return, please provide that via our secured portal
- Dates of birth for you, spouse and dependents
- Your unexpired government issued ID (DL preferred)
- Your spouse's unexpired government issued ID (DL preferred)
- Identity Protection PIN, if one has been issued to you, your spouse, or your dependent by the IRS
- Bank routing and account numbers to receive your refund by direct deposit or pay your balance due if you choose
